Are you an experienced

Accountant with a passion for Accounts Payable and a background infreight forwarding or logistics? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven professional to take ownership of AP processes and contribute to the financial health of a dynamic company in the freight forwarding industry.

You’llown the AP process from end-to-end – invoice verification, payment processing, vendor management, and reconciliation. Be thego‑to accounting expert supporting cross‑functional teams including sales and operations. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment where your work has a direct impact on daily operations and decision‑making.

• Leading AP operations – verifying invoices, coding, ensuring approvals, reconciling vendor statements.
• Managing daily cash tracking and preparing payment templates.
• Performing bank and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Preparing cash projections and supporting month‑end closing activities.
• Assisting with external and internal audits.
• Tracking and reporting on daily sales transactions for accuracy.
• Collaborating with the broader team for accurate reporting and clean financials.

• ABachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience (freight forwarding industry preferred).
• Expertise in Accounts Payable and general accounting principles.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
• Experience with inventory or cost accounting is a plus.
