About the RoleSeasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist. You will help others make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money while building strong client relationships and supporting the firm’s mission of fostering a caring, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients based on their preferences
- Help ensure all client needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales/marketing or customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
