• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as they prefer
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service
• Ability to multitask
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours and multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr, depending on experience, education, and location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive plans, and benefits include medical coverage, 401(k), Employee Assistance Program, fitness programs, discounts, and more.
