Hourly Pay Range- $21.00-$24.00- based on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Place parts orders for upcoming jobs, technician vehicles, and inventory stock.
- Perform counter sales and assist customers as needed.
- Process parts receiving and reconcile discrepancies between packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain inventory records, including order quantities, preferred vendors, and pricing.
- Assist with daily and monthly inventory reporting and reconciliation tasks.
- Organize and label parts within the warehouse to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Learn and become proficient in all IT systems used by the department.
- Contribute to team projects, offering creative solutions and ideas for improvement.
- Complete cycle counts and full inventory for trucks, warehouses, and other locations.
- Flexible starting hours, maintain punctual and regular attendance, working 40-45 hours per week.
- Above average computer skills.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, adaptability, and willingness to shift responsibilities as needed.
- Multi-task, prioritize, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Act as a backup for other parts department team members and assist other departments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, installers, billing, and dispatch departments.
Skills - Strong Microsoft Windows, Office and Excel skills. Ability to use standard office machines (e.g., scanner, printer, copier, postage machine). General accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Abilities - Friendly and welcoming demeanor with a strong work ethic. Self-driven to complete tasks, multi-tasking and efficiently with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Flexible and adaptable to change, with a good sense of humor and strong teamwork abilities.
