ON-SITE - Customer Service Administrator - $26/HR (BH-72002)

A building and construction company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in Richmond, VT, to join their team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to customers who have purchased or rented equipment.
THIS IS AN 100% ON-SITE POSITION AND NOT REMOTE!
Must have experience with Microsoft Office, answering inbound calls, and scheduling.
Shift: M-F 7:00am-4:00pm
Pay Rate: $26/hr
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming service calls, requests, and service-related inquiries.
- Assist with coordinating and scheduling work for field service technicians, supporting efficient routing and customer communication.
- Confirm scheduling details with customers and provide status updates as needed.
- Open, update, and close work orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Order parts required for field service and shop repairs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; college or technical coursework preferred.
- 2+ years of experience within a professional customer service administator role
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced service environment.
