ATI Physical Therapy, through its research arm Institute for Musculoskeletal Advancement (iMSKA), is hiring an Office Supervisor for a remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) based in the United States. The Office Supervisor role is an individual contributor position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative, financial, and compliance operations of iMSKA. Working closely with clinical leaders and the Institute Director, you will ensure smooth office operations, accurate financial recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires excellent organisation, independence, and the ability to manage multiple work streams in a remote environment. The position blends bookkeeping, administrative coordination, education programme support, and immigration-related process tracking.

Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
- Record daily financial transactions and prepare regular financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and payroll timecard processing
- Assist leadership with annual reporting and operational tracking
- Support residency and fellowship learning delivery and documentation
- Coordinate hiring activities, onboarding, and training support
- Ensure compliance with financial, data protection, and workplace regulations
- Maintain organisational policies and procedures
- Act as the primary contact for vendors and service providers
- Manage office and training supply coordination
- Oversee CEU calendar administration, approvals, attendance, and records
- Track and manage H-1B and green card application processes for iMSKA
- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred)
- Proven experience in office supervision, office management, or bookkeeping
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Quick Books or Xero
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with U.S. compliance, payroll, or immigration-related administration is an advantage
