Enrollment and Advancement Associate - Part Time

Starting Date: Immediately

Position Type: Part-Time

Salary: $20 to $25 Per Hour

Hours: 10–15 hours per week, with some flexibility

Location: On-site at The Sharon Academy, with occasional community events

Reports to: Enrollment Manager and Advancement Director

Job Description: The Sharon Academy seeks a detail‑oriented, community‑minded Associate to support enrollment and advancement work. The role involves working closely with the Enrollment Manager and Advancement Director to handle day‑to‑day tasks, outreach, and operations.

Responsibilities
  • Enrollment Support: prepare and organize enrollment folders, materials, and slideshows for open houses and information nights; attend enrollment events; help plan and staff new family events; support new family onboarding over the summer; attend school meetings and engage with the student community.
  • Community Outreach and Relationship Building: staff community outreach tables at local events; distribute open house flyers and materials to sending schools; post event information to community channels; send targeted email invitations; obtain updated enrollment numbers.
  • Advancement and Administrative Support: enter gifts and maintain donor records; assist with thank‑you letters and donor acknowledgments; provide general administrative support.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, adaptable, and genuinely interested in TSA’s mission.
  • Experience with office or administrative work is helpful, and basic computer skills with willingness to learn new systems.
  • At least 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
  • Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
