Virtual Operations Specialist

The Virtual Helping Hand is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable individuals to join our team as Virtual Operations Specialists. This is a remote opportunity designed for those who enjoy supporting others, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps businesses running smoothly behind the scenes.

You do NOT need prior Virtual Assistant experience to apply. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn, take initiative, and grow. Training and support will be provided.

• Organizing emails, calendars, and tasks
• Supporting clients with day-to-day operations
• Creating graphics or content using Canva
• Assisting with social media posting and engagement
• Helping with basic admin and organizational tasks
• Learning systems and helping improve workflows

• Strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Comfortable using (or learning) online tools and systems
• Positive attitude and team mindset
