Our client is a dynamic organization providing project support and coordination services across diverse industries. They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Project Coordinator:

• Compile and format commissioning and installation documentation for project deliverables.
• Manage project files and upload documents to cloud-based platforms such as SharePoint.
• Maintain and update internal databases and project management tools to ensure data accuracy.
• Support project kickoffs by organizing folders, downloading documentation, and coordinating meeting invites.

Your skills and experience:

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with digital tools, document formatting, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
• Strong written communication and coordination abilities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to proactively identify and address gaps or inconsistencies.
