Marketing & Admissions Assistant

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Marketing & Admissions Assistant to support our Marketing & Admissions team during the busy summer period.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support across both the Admissions and Marketing functions, assisting with enquiries, data entry, visitor and event coordination, and the preparation of admissions communications. You will also support marketing activities, including updating website and social media content, organising digital assets, and coordinating event materials.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an interest in marketing, communications, and customer service.

Stowe School

Stowe School occupies Stowe House and approximately 200 acres of the Stowe estate and is located in Stowe’s world-famous landscape gardens set in 880 acres. Stowe School is an independent co-educational boarding School with approximately 900 pupils. There are around 500 full and part-time staff with 60 staff and their families living on site. The Stowe Group of schools (Stowe, Ashfold, Swanbourne House and Winchester House) are situated on four separate sites in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire and educate children from 3-18 years.
