Position SummaryThe Operations Data Analyst supports enterprise-wide operational decision‑making through data, insights and reporting. This role partners closely with the VP of Enterprise Operations and operations leaders across the business, delivering ad‑hoc analyses and developing reporting to inform fulfillment, capacity planning, inventory management and production efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills with curiosity and a willingness to deeply learn Simon Pearce’s unique manufacturing, fulfillment, and inventory environment.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities- Conducts ad hoc analyses to support operational decision‑making across fulfillment, production, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Builds, maintains, and improves dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics.
- Partners with operations leaders to define, refine, and monitor KPIs aligned with business goals.
- Translates complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities within operational data and proactively surfaces insights.
- Ensures accuracy, consistency, and usability of operational reporting.
- Develops a strong understanding of Simon Pearce’s operational workflows, systems, and constraints.
- Serves as a key analytical support resource to the VP of Enterprise Operations, supporting both day‑to‑day questions and longer‑term strategic initiatives.
- Collaborates cross‑functionally with fulfillment, production, inventory, and planning teams
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience demonstrating strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role (e.g., data analyst, operations analyst, supply chain analytics, finance analytics).
- Experience building reports and dashboards using data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness and curiosity to learn business context and operational processes
- Experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with inventory, capacity, or production efficiency metrics.
- Experience supporting senior leaders.
- Exposure to ERPs or operational data systems.
- Experience with Net Suite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).

- If remote, this role will require travel to headquarters in Windsor VT up to once/quarter.
