Job Summary

As a Ticket Checker, you will play an essential role in creating an experience of a lifetime for our guests on the Lift Experience Team. The team’s mission is to provide employees and guests with a seamless end‑to‑end experience from the maze entrance to lift unloading. You will primarily work in the lift mazes by greeting guests by name and validating their access every time, providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring product integrity.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile.
  • Validate tickets to ensure guests have a valid product before loading lifts.
  • Work cooperatively with lift operators and other teams to manage lift lines safely and load efficiently.
  • Maintain and secure departmental equipment, including scan devices and radios.
  • Escalate safety or product issues to leadership as they arise.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Fluently communicate in English.
  • Work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for the entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces; may need to provide personal gear.
  • Work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Handle high guest volumes in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
