Job Overview

As a Business Finance Partner at InMobi Advertising, you will analyze business performance, develop forecasting models, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the business, revenue drivers, and other functions to drive efficient growth.

Create and improve processes for new initiatives with a focus on governance and reducing revenue leakage.

Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand and supply drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes.

Continuously track financial and business KPIs, highlight trends, and analyze variances.

Collaborate closely with business, sales, and cross‑functional teams worldwide to ensure smooth flow of operations.

Perform ad hoc analysis for executives as required.

Qualifications

CA or MBA with 2+ years of post‑qualification work experience.
Previous experience as a business finance partner is desired; start‑up experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills with hands‑on experience in business analysis and reporting.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn respect of senior management and external executives.
Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey complex issues and influence stakeholders.
Self‑starter who excels in a technically demanding, fast‑paced, and fluid environment.
