The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Growth Strategist to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for a portfolio of high-revenue DTC brands. This role requires a unique blend of financial acumen, paid media expertise (particularly Meta with cost controls), creative strategy, and offer development.

You will directly manage brands ranging from 8- to 9-figures in revenue, building financial models, setting aMER targets, optimizing creative pipelines and offers, and scaling paid media with precision. Equally important, you will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to clients—guiding C-level executives with insights, fostering strong relationships, and demonstrating the emotional intelligence needed to navigate both challenges and growth opportunities.

This position is highly strategic with minimal tedious or repetitive work. You’ll be paired with an Operational Specialist who handles much of the execution such as building forecasts, launching ads, and coordinating creative production. That partnership allows you to stay focused on what matters most: analyzing performance, developing strategy, and driving client growth.

Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Forecasting
  • Develop financial forecasts and growth models grounded in unit economics, contribution margins, and CAC/LTV dynamics.
  • Analyze aMER and spend efficiency for new customer acquisition, and model LTV and repeat-purchase rates to project returning customer revenue.
  • Evaluate cost centers, including ad spend, cost of delivery/unit economics, and operational expenses, to identify opportunities for improved profitability and scalable growth.
  • Set aMER targets aligned with client profitability goals, taking into consideration expected LTV and cost structures to drive sustainable growth.
Meta Advertising
  • Leverage Meta’s machine learning to drive optimal results by focusing on strategic inputs (creative, offers, messaging) and efficient campaign structures, rather than relying on constant manual tinkering.
  • Manage and scale high-spend Meta advertising campaigns (budgets in excess of $1M+ per month) with precision and control.
  • Manage cost-control campaign structures that align with aMER targets, while effectively translating in-platform goals to blended aMER objectives.
  • Set tailored targets across offers and SKUs with varying margin profiles to ensure alignment with overall client profitability goals.
  • Drive high-volume creative testing to identify winning concepts and performance drivers.
  • Deliver bi-weekly creative analysis to clients, reviewing ad account performance and explaining why specific ads, concepts, or formats are working.
  • Translate insights into actionable creative direction, informing concepts and angles for UGC creators, static ad production, and client-generated content when assets are developed internally.
  • Develop and propose new ad creative concepts and angles to test, with the goal of unlocking new audiences and driving growth at target performance beyond what has been tested to date.
Offer Development & Profitability Strategy
  • Analyze product COGS and total cost of delivery to identify margin opportunities and design offers that maximize profitability while minimizing acquisition and fulfillment costs.
  • Evaluate cart composition patterns (predictable vs. high-variation baskets) and structure offers accordingly, from prescriptive bundles to threshold-based incentives.
  • Identify customer purchasing behaviors (e.g., common product pairings) and develop offers that amplify these behaviors to increase AOV and overall revenue.
