At AAPNA Infotech, we are looking for a PMO Associate who is passionate about project coordination, reporting, process management, and data-driven decision-making. This role offers hands‑on exposure to PMO operations, project governance, business processes, and collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.

• 0-2 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of advanced Excel concepts such as Power Query, Power Pivot, and What-If Analysis.
• Understanding of SDLC concepts and development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered productivity tools and the ability to apply them effectively in day‑to‑day work.

• Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities including project reporting, documentation, process management, and governance.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on project progress, resource utilization, compliance, and operational performance.
• Track timesheets, contracts, invoices, and commercial activities.
• Maintain project artifacts such as project plans, WBS, change requests, and related documentation.
• Develop and manage process documentation, templates, knowledge repositories, and best‑practice libraries.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and similar solutions to enhance reporting, documentation, data analysis, process automation, and overall PMO efficiency.

• Knowledge of JIRA, MS Project, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with CMMI, PMP terminology, and project management processes.

• Exposure to end-to-end PMO operations.
