Location: Dover
Vail Resorts in the mountains is hiring Lift Operators for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The Lift Experience team ensures safe loading, unloading and a seamless guest journey on premier mountain terrain, acting as copilot and concierge for guests and teammates.
Starting wage is $20/hr, with both full-time and part-time hours available. We train all lift operators, and you’ll join an energetic team focused on safety, speed and hospitality in all weather.
