Milton Hershey School invites married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, helping them develop academically, emotionally, and socially.
Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting and reporting.
