Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year.

This company works on various projects throughout VT and NH, with a great reputation and strong relationships with municipal and private clients alike. This role will be running various projects and primarily doing site work coordinating day-to-day activities and safety of crews. • Oversee large‑scale sitework and civil operations tied to public infrastructure.
• Play a key role in delivering critical transportation and utility projects.
• Work with modern GPS‑guided equipment and field management technology.
• Stable workload with long‑term municipal clients.
• On‑site position with hands‑on responsibility and decision‑making authority.

• Experience supervising heavy civil sitework and roadway construction.
• Knowledge of grading, utilities, drainage, erosion control, and DOT standards.
• Ability to read and execute DOT plans, profiles, and cross sections.
• Familiarity with construction technology such as GPS machine control and digital documentation.
• Relevant certifications related to heavy construction, safety, or traffic control.
• Strong crew leadership, coordination, and scheduling skills.
• Understanding of municipal inspection and compliance processes.
