Job Description
Site Manager – Bolton and Bury, Permanent. Competitive Salary + package.
Join a well‑established regional contractor with excellent secured works in the region. The client is experiencing an increase in developments in the Northwest and is looking to expand its management team with a Site Manager. The role requires proven experience delivering new projects from inception through to completion and hand‑over. Project values range from £5m to £15m.
As an experienced Site Manager you will be familiar with planning procedures and tight site time schedules. Your responsibilities will include organising labour and ensuring all sub‑contractors follow the programme and meet deadlines.
The company has several education projects and steel‑frame commercial buildings. A successful candidate will ideally have proven experience delivering new builds for schools, universities or college extensions valued around £7 million, and experience delivering steel‑frame projects.
You will uphold the highest quality standards and bring experience in New Build projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of future works secured in the Greater Manchester region.
