Weareseekingexperienced Project Managers tojoinagrowingheavycivilconstructionteam.
Thisrolewillmanagemultipleprojectsfromplanningthroughcloseout,withtypicalprojectvaluesof $2M–$10
Manddurationsof6monthsto2years.
- Manage3–4projectssimultaneouslyfromplanningthroughcloseout
- Oversee schedules,budgets,costs,andprojectdeliverables
- Coordinatefieldcrews,subcontractors,owners,andinternalteams
- Conductprojectmeetingsandmonitoroverallprojectprogress
- Ensureprojectsremainonschedule,within budget,andalignedwithsafetyexpectations
- Use Procoreand Oracle /P6forprojectmanagementandscheduling
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experienceinheavycivil,wastewater,damwork,excavation,process piping,oracloselyrelatedindustry
- Candidateswithoutdirectindustryexperienceshouldhave5–7+yearsofPMexperience
- Experience managing $2M+projectsfromstarttofinish
- Abilitytoaccuratelyreadandinterpretblueprints
- Understandingofsurveywork
- Willingnesstotraveltojobsitesthroughoutthe Northeast;mosttravelisday-tripbased
PMPcertificationisaplus.
