A leading crypto exchange is seeking a PM Director (Performance Advertising) to develop and scale a creative strategy focused on the U.S. market. Responsibilities include owning performance creative across various ad platforms, leading paid social creative, and establishing a data-driven testing and iteration system. The ideal candidate has over 3 years in creative advertising, strong stakeholder management skills, and preferably a Web3 understanding.
