Extra Duty Stipends are awarded to employees who oversee, direct or contribute to an activity outside of the regular workday. These activities include HUUSD sanctioned activities, or extension of existing HUUSD activities or co-curricular programs that culminate in a public performance (product) or a local, state, or national competition.

Position Objectives

Works closely with the Director and lighting designer to implement the set for the production.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Leads a group of volunteers in building and painting the set in a way that fits the ultimate vision of the show.

Number of students participating (if applicable):
Has been 0 at times, has been as high as 20

When the activity occurs (outside of regular workday/weekends):
Monday through Friday

Time commitment:

Prep work: 20 hours
Weeks 1-7: 6 hours/week
Week 8: 12 hours
Week 9 (show week): 16 hours
Rough total: 90 hours
