Content Operations Manager

Project-based 3 months

We're looking for a highly organised, detail-obsessed content operations professional to help us build better systems, manage our content pipeline, and keep everything running smoothly. This is a freelance engagement to start, with flexibility on timing and structure for the right person.

• Manage and maintain a live content calendar, keeping stakeholders informed and deadlines on track
• Upload and publish articles to the CMS with exceptional attention to detail — accurate tagging, meta descriptions, SEO, and formatting
• Set up and manage a content library — organising all existing and new assets so they’re easy to find, repurpose, and track
• Build and document content workflows and systems that the wider team can follow
• Write and adapt social copy for Linked In, repurposing long‑form content into engaging posts
• Support with content writing and copywriting across formats as needed
• Help commission and coordinate graphic assets, briefing designers and managing delivery
• Adapt and distribute content across channels, ensuring it reaches the right audiences
• Help organise and manage webinars — supporting on logistics, scheduling, promotion, and follow‑up content

• Genuinely love organising and building structure

• Can juggle multiple work streams without dropping the ball
• Communicate clearly and proactively
• Are comfortable with a degree of ambiguity in a growing team

• CMS experience (Word Press, Contentful, Webflow etc.)
• SEO and metadata knowledge
• Linked In content experience
• An eye for design and confidence briefing creatives
• B2B content background

• Duration: 3 months, flexible on start date and potential extension
• Commitment: 3 days per week — days flexible by agreement
