Position Summary

Perfect Zero is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the sales and service process. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, answering product-related questions, processing orders, and helping ensure high-quality customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of firearms and related products. This position works closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operations and maintain professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Customer Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with product information, order updates, troubleshooting, and general support
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding firearms, components, accessories, and related products
Order Processing & Coordination
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding order status, shipping, and production timelines
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication history
Product Knowledge
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
  • Clearly explain product features, compatibility, and usage to customers
  • Assist customers in identifying solutions that best fit their needs
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining strong customer communication
  • Support warranty or return-related processes as needed
Qualifications

Required:
  • Working knowledge of firearms and firearm-related products
  • Familiarity with order entry, CRM, or ERP systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly
  • Organized and detail-driven
  • Positive attitude with strong follow-through
  • Full-time, on-site position
  • Monday through Friday schedule (hours to be discussed during interview process)
Compensation

$26-$30 per hour DOE
