Position SummaryPerfect Zero is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the sales and service process. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, answering product-related questions, processing orders, and helping ensure high-quality customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of firearms and related products. This position works closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operations and maintain professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, order updates, troubleshooting, and general support
- Provide knowledgeable guidance regarding firearms, components, accessories, and related products
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding order status, shipping, and production timelines
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication history
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and services
- Clearly explain product features, compatibility, and usage to customers
- Assist customers in identifying solutions that best fit their needs
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining strong customer communication
- Support warranty or return-related processes as needed
Required:
- Working knowledge of firearms and firearm-related products
- Familiarity with order entry, CRM, or ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Organized and detail-driven
- Positive attitude with strong follow-through
- Full-time, on-site position
- Monday through Friday schedule (hours to be discussed during interview process)
$26-$30 per hour DOE
