Position Overview
As a Floating Teller at 802 Credit Union, you will play a key role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service in every interaction. You’ll be the face of our branch, responsible for providing day-to-day account services, assisting with transactions, and helping our members with their financial needs. This floating position will be based out of our Randolph branch but will travel to our Rochester location as requested.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service of Excellence:
Greet members with a friendly, positive attitude and assist them with a variety of services such as deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, and loan payments. - Processing Transactions:
Accurately process cash and check transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. - Account Assistance:
Help members with account maintenance such as balance inquiries, stop payments, and address any concerns or inquiries they may have. - Cross-Sell Services:
Educate members on additional services and products they could benefit from, such as credit cards, loans, or online banking services. - Maintain Accuracy:
Process transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures. - Security and Compliance:
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all banking activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. - Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with your team and management to ensure smooth operations and meet branch goals.

Think quickly and resolve issues as they arise in a calm and professional manner. - Experience (Preferred, Not Required):
Previous customer service or banking experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field preferred.
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash.
- Ability to use computer systems and perform basic office tasks.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
