Healthcare Claim Analyst (Provider Side)

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)

Duration: 5–6 Month Contract (High chance of extension)

Shift: Late shift preferred (PST / MST / CST candidates ideal)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Provider Services / Claims Analyst to support inbound and outbound calls from healthcare providers and members. This role focuses on claims support, eligibility & benefits, and provider relations in a fast‑paced, remote call‑center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls related to claims, eligibility & benefits, and provider inquiries
  • Assist with claim status, reprocessing, billing questions, and EOB requests
  • Support provider contract and demographic update requests
  • Make occasional outbound calls for follow‑ups and issue resolution
  • Use multiple systems to ensure accurate information and first‑call resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
Required Skills & Experience
  • Customer service or call center experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Claims, billing, or provider services experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, queue‑based environment
  • Strong computer, typing, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Schedule
  • orian Training: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST
  • Post‑Training: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST / 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST
