As an Adventure Center Attendant, your role is to provide guest service as you guide guests through alpine adventures such as the Mountain Coaster, Ropes Course, and Mini Golf, among others. You will interact with guests from around the world and engage in a variety of guest service outlets and activities.

• Have Fun! Create experiences of a lifetime for guests, fellow employees, and yourself.
• Be Safe. Ensure a safe experience for guests and employees, and assist young guests as they navigate adventures.
• Serve Others. Operate activities such as Mountain Coaster, Trampolines, Ropes Course, etc., answer questions, and help guests navigate available experiences.
• Do Right. Engage with guests, receive feedback and special requests, provide on‑spot resolutions, and elevate guest experiences. Verify tickets and answer ticket‑related questions.
• Drive Value. Advocate for Vail Resorts and the high‑quality experience and service provided to guests.
• Do Good. Help keep the mountain clean and presentable; help guests enjoy the outdoors and become life‑long advocates.
• Be Inclusive. Interact and guide guests with varying experience levels and backgrounds.
• Stay Flexible. Perform diverse tasks throughout the day, with each day offering new adventures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods.
• Be sturdy – stand for long periods.
• Be nimble – repeatedly twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be friendly – converse clearly and comfortably with guests of varied backgrounds, abilities, and age groups.
• Background check required.
• Be reliable – work unsupervised occasionally, be part of a team, have reliable transportation in varying weather, and arrive on time.

The expected pay range is $20/hr.
