MaziCTools is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer billing and utilities queries through calls and emails. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience, especially in Call Centres, and bilingual candidates in Mandarin & English are preferred.
The role requires excellent English proficiency and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Full-time employment with rotational shifts is offered.
