We are currently looking for a qualified Service Advisor to join the Autosaver Group team at Montpelier Volkswagen and Montpelier Mazda.

The Service Advisor creates a quality customer experience, increases service-lane traffic and improves overall service advocacy. They work with active prospects to procure appointments with maintenance-based appointment setting practices, provide information and perform effective follow-up and assist with maintaining existing relationships.

• Schedules service department appointments.
• Contacts no-shows to reschedule appointments.
• Follows up with customers after the appointments.
• Monitors customer satisfaction survey results and works with customers to maximize results.
• Handles service counter overflow.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
