Who we are looking for

You are hardworking, hungry, and a self-starter.

What you will do
  • Onboard: You will onboard customers onto the platform as effectively and efficiently as possible while improving the process along the way.
  • Train: With the assistance of teammates and documentation, you will ensure that customers are trained on basics, workflows, and best practices in the platform.
  • Support: You will provide world-class, white-glove support, helping customers with questions, issues or requests.
  • Customer Relationship Management: You will own the relationship with customers post-onboarding via strategic continuous improvement, proactive check-ins, etc.
  • Voice of the Customer: You will act as the main advocate for customers, understanding their needs and facilitating a constructive feedback loop to our product team.
  • Collaborate: You will work with internal teams like product, sales, onboarding, support, developers, and executives to meet customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills
  • Experience with tools like AI, Hub Spot, Jira, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Based in the US
  • Fuel logistics or oil and gas experience is a plus
