Location: Essex Junction
Working remotely within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT, the full-time Collections Representative (UT) will manage inbound and outbound calls to collect on past due accounts while providing top-tier support to customers.
Key responsibilities- Handle outbound and inbound calls for account collections
- Deliver exceptional customer support and service
- Participate in a mandatory 5-week virtual training program
- Prior customer service and collections experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work with multiple software applications simultaneously
- Must be 18 years or older
- Stable wired internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
