Job Location: In-Person, $22-$25/Hour, 1st Shift, Full-Time, Monday-Friday

• Coordinate and schedule field technicians for service appointments
• Verify warranty status and process customer claims efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and work order details
• Utilize service management software and Microsoft Office to track requests

• Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or technical customer support
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and service management platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer and team interactions
