The Essex Resort and Spa is seeking a Spa Reception Agent/Spa Experience Coordinator (Part Time) in Vermont. You will check guests in at the Spa, maintain a calm, professional atmosphere, and support guest needs across facilities and services.
Responsibilities include using Spa software for check-in/out, handling cash, promoting spa and resort services, and collaborating with other departments. Prior experience in customer service is preferred and a professional appearance is required.
