Customer Service Representative

Marmon -  - Responsibilities:
Provide pricing and lead times to customers and/or representatives using company guidelines in order to secure orders;
Prepare customer quotes and enter customer purchase orders into the system;
Maintain visibility of orders throughout the quoting and production cycle and communicate status updates to customers;
Expedite orders as required and assist with resolving delivery or production issues;
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments including production, planning, quality, and engineering
