Qualifications- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license (and DEA registration if applicable)
- Completion of GPR or AEGD preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in periodontics

- $160,000 – $225,000 annually (prorated for part‑time)
