Dental Hygienist; Chester Dental Per Diem

Job Title

North Star Health is a not-for-profit, community-based health care system that serves southeastern Vermont and southwestern New Hampshire. Our health centers are Medical Home sites that hold the highest quality certification attainable (Level

The Dental Hygienist will:

• Perform patient screening procedures
• Perform patient education and counseling as it pertains to their dental health
• Demonstrates the minimum knowledge, skills and abilities for age specific patient populations.

• Two years experience required
• Associates Degree from a program that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association
