Patient Care Coordinator

Join our growing dental team in beautiful Bristol, Vermont! We are seeking an organized, friendly, and customer-focused Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and is passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.

Compensation

  • Starting at $27+ per hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Thursday work week

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients in person and over the phone
  • Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
  • Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment estimates
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate patient accounts
  • Coordinate patient communications, recalls, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records
  • Support office operations and ensure a positive patient experience
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative team members

Qualifications

  • Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination preferred
  • Experience with Dentrix Ascend or similar dental software a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
