Archer Dental in Norwich, VT is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role focuses on providing personalized, high-quality dental hygiene care, patient education, and supporting the dental team in achieving optimal oral health outcomes. Position available for both full-time and part-time schedules, starting at $50 per hour.

$50 - $55 per hour

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Vermont
• Proficient in dental cleaning, patient assessment, and dental radiography
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to document and manage patient treatment records precisely
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety practices

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene procedures
• Take and update dental radiographs and patient records accurately
• Assess patient oral health and identify concerns or treatment needs
• Communicate findings and patient care plans to the dentist
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care
• Record patient treatment data and manage clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and dental practice standards
