Registered Dental Hygienist – Deliver Exceptional Patient Care at Archer Dental

Archer Dental in Norwich, VT is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. This role focuses on providing personalized, high‑quality dental hygiene care, patient education, and supporting the dental team in achieving optimal oral health outcomes. Position available for both full‑time and part‑time schedules, starting at $50 per hour.

$50 - $55 per hour

• Licensed dental hygienist, X‑ray / Radiography Certification
• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Vermont
• Proficient in dental cleaning, patient assessment, and dental radiography
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient‑centered approach
• Ability to document and manage patient treatment records precisely
• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety practices

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene procedures
• Take and update dental radiographs and patient records accurately
• Assess patient oral health and identify concerns or treatment needs
• Communicate findings and patient care plans to the dentist
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care
• Record patient treatment data and manage clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and team members to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and dental practice standards
