Periodontist – Part-Time

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Periodontist to join our established practice in Castleton, Vermont on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, fully digital environment with strong internal referral flow and a collaborative clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive periodontal care including implants, gum therapy, and surgical procedures
  • Perform thorough examinations and develop patient-centered treatment plans
  • Utilize advanced digital technology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with general dentists and clinical team members
  • Educate patients on treatment options and long-term periodontal health
  • Maintain high clinical standards and documentation

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program
  • Active Vermont dental license (or ability to obtain)
  • 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in periodontal procedures including implants and surgical therapy
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
