Position Overview
Join an established urology practice serving a large rural service area with significant unmet need Well-balanced mix of clinic, procedures, OR, and inpatient consults Opportunity appropriate for experienced physicians and new graduates Community-focused practice with strong specialty collaboration
Clinical Practice Average daily volume of 8-15+ patients 3-8 procedures per week Two dedicated OR days per week Emergency department and inpatient consultations included
Procedures & Services Biopsies Kidney stone procedures Imaging-guided diagnostic and interventional procedures Cancer-related urologic treatments Urodynamics testing Office biopsies and vasectomies Lupron injections Bladder scans Comprehensive general urology services
Call Schedule Approximately 10 days per month Structured and predictable call model
Practice Environment Collaborative care model with other specialties Dedicated support team including NP, RN, LNAs, and administrative staff Stable, well-established program with reliable staffing Supportive and collegial work environment
