Position Overview Join a well-established ENT & Audiology practice serving a diverse patient population Outpatient-focused role with surgical volume Opportunity to practice independently while shaping a practice aligned with clinical interests See patients of all ages Average daily volume of 20-25 patients Supportive, collaborative team environment
Clinical Responsibilities Provide outpatient evaluation and treatment of ENT conditions across all age groups Perform general otolaryngology surgeries and procedures including Ear tube placement Tonsillectomies and adenoidectomies Septoplasty Microlaryngoscopy Additional general ENT procedures Collaborate with referring providers and specialty teams including emergency medicine, pulmonology, general surgery, neurology, and primary care Participate in call coverage approximately 7 days per month No 24/7 call on surgical days Practice Environment Established ENT & Audiology program with strong referral base Close-knit, collegial team with shared commitment to patient-centered care Positive and inclusive workplace culture Ongoing opportunities to expand services and community access

Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Licensed or eligible for licensure in Vermont DEA registration or ability to obtain Insurable for professional practice
