Position Highlights
:
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible 3- or 4-day work week with 35 bookable hours for full-time providers.
- Manageable Patient Volume: 800-patient panel with 2 patients per hour and only one extended hour per week.
- Established Practice + Full Support: Work alongside 6 providers with full support staff and AI scribing available.

- Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call two weeknights per month with light weekend/holiday rotation.
- Desirable Practice Setting: No oversight required over NPs and robust clinical support provided. Close proximity to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and The University of Vermont Health Network.
Compensation & Benefits
:
- Guaranteed Base Salary: Based on experience.
- Performance-Based Bonus: RVU bonus opportunity available and negotiable.
- Additional Incentives: Sign-on bonus based on experience and commitment. Relocation bonus available.

Qualifications
:
- Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Specialty: Broad-spectrum outpatient family medicine skillset with a community-focused mindset.
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
