Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center (MAHHC) is currently seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join the Primary Care Team at our collegial, critical care access community hospital, located in the historic central Vermont towns of Windsor and Woodstock Vermont.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing acute and preventive care as well as chronic disease management for adult patients in a growing primary care practice. In addition, the candidate will seek the opportunity to build strong relationships with their colleagues and patients and provide continuous and comprehensive care to each patient. The candidate will be fully supported by nurses, medical assistants and care coordinators to provide team-based care that is grounded by evidence-based best practices.

Licensure/Certification s
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Must obtain and maintain a medical license in the state of Vermont
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
