Family Medicine Physician Opportunity | Springfield, Vermont | 4-Day Week
Join a thriving 501(c)(3) not-for-profit healthcare organization that has provided medical and behavioral health services to residents of southeastern Vermont/ southwestern New Hampshire for decades
Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: 4-day workweek- 32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time is considered full-time. Option for 3-day work for those with interest.
- Primary Care: No Obstetric, No Inpatient, and No Call responsibilities
- Collaborative Environment: Practice in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model focused on evidence-based care, access, and strong coordination across disciplines
- Strong emphasis on work-life balance

Average 16 ppd and focus on quality care, not RVUs
- Compensation
:
Starting salary of $255,000, negotiable based on experience, with a retention bonus available. - Benefits

- Qualifications
:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. A Family Medicine residency is preferred, though Internal Medicine residency-trained physicians with community health or primary care experience will be considered. - Licensure
:
Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Vermont. - Must be Mission-driven and committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to diverse and underserved communities.
