DescriptionDuties and areas of responsibility:
Ensure smooth operation of test center;
Greet, check in, monitor, and sign out test candidates;
Become familiar with test center vendor proctor requirements;
Interface with tech support for online test vendors if needed;
Maintain test center to vendor standards including vendor required proctor certifications, equipment including computers, headphones, metal detectors wands, etc.;
Assist in developing test center protocols and procedures;
Track and report any test taker anomalies
Skills needed:
Comfortable with computers and working with tech support;
Good interpersonal skills;
Willingness to learn;
Detail‑oriented;
Reliable, organized and on time;
Ability to work independently, Saturday availability a must.
