• Communicate easily with peers and Academic Support staff.
• Enforce the rules of the testing room.
• Maintain records during shift. Read and follow the terms put out by professors on the test request sheets.
• Return completed exams to Supervisor.
• Be willing to ask for help from staff members if a tricky situation happens.
• Be willing to do other odd jobs (like scanning books) when necessary.
• Adhere to confidentiality practices and expectations.
• Student staff are expected to use and respond within our Teams site.

Front Desk Staffing Duties:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with visitors and staff.
• Assist visitors and callers in finding their destination office or service;
• Maintain a clean work area and tidy the tutoring desks when not in use.
• Must be able to keep personal conversations to a minimum while on shift and tell friends they will have to speak later.
• Adhere to confidentiality practices and expectations.
• Student staff are expected to use and respond within our Teams site.
