Job DescriptionBerkshire Elementary School is seeking a committed and dynamic Grade 1 Teacher to join our dedicated and talented team of educators for the school year. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to provide equitable, inclusive personalized learning opportunities for all students. In FNESU, educators facilitate learning by using assessment data to provide feedback to learners, personalize instruction, and allow for self‑paced opportunities to develop and demonstrate proficiency.

About FNESUFNESU is a Pre‑K‑12 system comprised of six rural towns in Northern Vermont:
Bakersfield, Berkshire, Enosburg, Montgomery, Richford, and Sheldon. It consists of six elementary schools, two middle schools, two high schools, and one technical career center, serving approximately 1,950 students.
- Must hold current Vermont teaching license with proper endorsement.
- Pay range based on education & experience ($52,500 – $81,926).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
