Richmond Elementary School is seeking a dynamic, inclusive Student Life Coordinator to champion our students’ social, emotional, and academic well-being. If you are a strengths-based educator dedicated to equity and restorative practices, we want you on our team!

• Student Support: Oversee the daily operations of the Student Support Center and provide direct intervention during behavioral incidents.

• Case Management: Design and monitor student support plans; serve as case manager for academic/behavioral 504 plans.

• Instruction & Leadership: Deliver Social Cognition instruction to student groups and facilitate the Behavioral Support Team.

  Collaboration:
  
  Manage data systems (CIRS, SWIS), attend IEP meetings, and assist with state testing coordination.

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a valid professional license (
  BCBA, BCaBA, Special Education, or Elementary Education
  ). 3+ years of experience preferred.

• Is fluent in PBIS, Responsive Classroom, and/or Restorative Practices
  .

• Excels at building strong partnerships with families and collaborating with colleagues.
