Help students and families (within FERPA guidelines) to understand and navigate Landmark College academic policies and processes, support structures and services, degree requirements, academic deadlines, co‑curricular opportunities, and resources.

Work with a variety of web‑based and in‑house technical platforms and support students in navigating those platforms. Assist students with selecting courses, degree planning, and developing appropriate pathways toward graduation. Monitor student progress in student information systems, engage in consultation, and make appropriate referrals to support student success. Maintain records of degree plans and session visit notes in accordance with departmental guidelines.

Consult with staff in the Advising Office, the Registrar, the Drake Center for Academic Support, the Academic Intervention Team, Career Connections, Student Affairs, and other campus resources and refer students to support, as needed. Perform other duties as assigned and actively engage with the advising department on campus. Attend meetings with staff and faculty groups.
